After hearing the matter at length and when the Court started dictating the order mentioning that it is not a case for grant of bail, the learned Counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal and accordingly the present application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of. Needless to mention that if subsequently there are changed circumstances the applicant may apply afresh for grant of bail.
