Heard. This application is for issuing fresh notice to respondent Nos.4, 6, 8 and 9 on their present correct address as stated in paragraph 5 of the Civil Application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

19.41.16-can a) Office is directed to issue fresh notice to respondent nos.4, 6, 8 and 9 on their present correct address as stated in paragraph 5 of the Civil Application in Contempt Petition, returnable after 8 weeks.

b) In addition to usual mode of service, the applicant is permitted to serve these Respondents along with entire proceedings by way of private notice either by RPAD and/or by hand delivery and to file an Affidavit of service to that effect on or before next date.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
