Proceeding reveals that the copy of Judgment of the Commissioner is filed wherein same address of ..2..

- 2 - respondent No.1 is mentioned and an Advocate had appeared for him before the Commissioner. This reveals that he was served in the proceedings before the Commissioner on the same address. In view of this, the only mode available to serve Respondent No.1 is by adopting substituted mode of service. Hence, C.A. is allowed in terms of prayer clause.
