P. C.:- 1) As noted in Order dated 10th October, 2023, the Learned Principal District Judge, Dadra & Nagar Haveli had submitted its report dated 5.10.2023. After perusing the said report, we are satisfied with the enquiry conducted by the said Authority.

2) It is an admitted fact on record that, after completion of the investigation, police have submitted the charge-sheet. The Petitioner, therefore, is having substantive alternate remedy under the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code by way of filing an application for discharge 1/2

No. 182 of 2017 registered with Silvassa Police Station, Dadra and Nagar Haveli. 3) By reserving the alternate remedy, Petition is disposed off. 4) All contentions of both the parties are kept open.
