Learned advocate had informed this Court on 29th February, 2024 that she was trying to contact the Applicants/Appellants, however, no contact could be established. She had prayed for four weeks time. The matter was adjourned to 28th March, 2024. No one appeared on that day. 2.

Even today, when the matter is called out, none is present. It appears that the Applicant/Appellant is not interested in prosecuting the Appeal. This Court is therefore constrained to dismiss the Appeal for default.
