The learned counsel for the applicants, upon instructions, submits that the applicants would surrender themselves to the custody of the concerned Court on or before 14.10.2015. The interim relief granted in favour of the applicants shall remain in force till 5.00 p.m. on 14.10.2015. 3.

The learned Magistrate shall decide the application on its own

Mhi 2 merits without being influenced by the observations made by the Sessions Court as well as High Court and the withdrawal of this Application. The learned Magistrate shall decide the application seeking bail under Section 437 of Cr.P.C. On its own merits.

Application stands dismissed as withdrawn. Needless to say that the Criminal Application Nos.835 of 2015 and 252 of 2014 also stand disposed of.
