This petition is filed for various reliefs, including relief for quashing of the FIR No.67 of 2014 registered with V.B. Nagar Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 392, 504 r/w 34 of the IPC. In this regard, we have perused the copy of the statement of the informer, annexed at page 28 to the petition. Perusal of the same does disclose prima-facie commission of cognizable offence. Therefore, we are not inclined to grant prayer clause (a).

So far as reliefs claimed in other prayer clauses are concerned, the same also cannot be granted at the instance of the accused.
