After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application, the learned counsel for the applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application.

Permission is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of as such. 3.

In case the applicant surrenders and makes an application for bail, the trial Court shall decide that bail application on its own merit without being influenced by withdrawal of this application.
