Learned counsel for the Appellants-Applicants submits that, the dispute is amicably settled between the parties and, therefore, the Suit is disposed off. In view thereof, the Appellants have given written instruction to their counsel for unconditionally withdrawing the present Appeal. The said letter is taken on record and marked as 'Annexure-A'. 3.
