Heard. Petition is filed seeking direction to Respondent No. 1 to register an offence on the basis of the Petitioner's report dated 31st January 2017. Learned APP having taken instructions from the officer concerned makes a statement that grievance made by the Petitioner in the said complaint was enquired into. She further states that decision on the enquiry would be taken and communicated to the Petitioner within 7 days from today. Statement accepted. In the light of the statement, grievance of the Petitioner no more survives. Writ petition is therefore disposed of.
