Mr.Tushar Sonawane, learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner fairly states that Civil Appeal No.166 of 2012 which is pending in the Court of Learned District Judge, Baramati is kept for hearing on 15th April, 2021. The impugned order challenged in the present Writ Petition is dated 16/01/2016 by which the execution of the decree dated 7/06/2011 passed in Regular Civil Suit No.82 of 2009 is stayed till final hearing of the said Appeal.

The Respondents in the said Appeal has challenged the said order in the present Writ Petition. Since the Appeal itself is fixed for final hearing, no interference is required in the impugned order. However, the learned Appellate Court is requested to disposed of Civil Appeal No.166 of 2012 expeditiously and in any event within a period of six months from today. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
