Heard Mr. C.R. Naidu, learned Counsel for the applicant, Dr. Birendra Saraf, learned Counsel for respondent No.10, and Mr. G.S. Godbole, learned Senior Counsel for respondent No.19.

Mr. Godbole, on instructions, states that respondent No.19 has filed Darkhast No.67/2018 in the trial Court. He further statses that till such time, the interim order in terms of prayer clause (ii) granted on 2.4.2018 is operating, respondent No.19

In view thereof, as the relief of stay is already prayed in main C.R.A., Civil Application No.211/2018 filed by the applicant does not survive and is disposed of accordingly.

At the request of Mr. Naidu, hearing of C.R.A. is deferred till 23.7.2018. Dr. Saraf states that respondent No.10 will file reply within a week from today and serve copy on the other side during the same period. Rejoinder, if any, shall be served in advance on the other side.
