By this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have challenged the Judgment and order dated 5.1.2015 passed by the learned District Judge-2, Satara below Exhibit 32 in Regular Civil Suit No. 1 of 2013. By that order, the learned District Judge allowed Review Application and recalled the order dated 12.2.2013 passed below Exhibit 32 granting leave under Section 92 of C.P.C. In view of Order 43, Rule 1(w) of C.P.C., Mr. Dhamal seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file Appeal from Order. 3.
