This is an application preferred by the complainant for withdrawal of the amount of Rs.25 Lakhs deposited by the applicant in ABA No.1036 of 2019 pursuant to the interim order dated 13th June, 2019. Apparently, the dispute between the parties is not resolved. The complainant cannot be allowed to withdraw the said amount. This amount of Rs.25 Lakhs deposited by the Sajakali Jamadar

15-IA-235-2020.doc applicant in ABA No. 1036 of 2019 in this Court be transferred to the trial Court after charge-sheet is filed against applicant/accused and the said amount shall be treated as the amount relating to the proceeding and appropriate order will pass by the concerned Court at appropriate stage. Interim Application stands disposed of accordingly.
