1] This Petition takes an exception to the order dated 12.12.2013 passed by the District Judge, Vasai in Miscellaneous Civil Appeal No.6 of 2014.

2] The above said appeal was filed by the Petitioner against the order of trial Court granting interim injunction. By the impugned order the appeal filed by the Petitioner came to be dismissed. 3] There is no interim order in the present Petition. Hence, I am not inclined to entertain the present Petition against the impugned order, after more than 5 years. Hence, Petition is dismissed. [N.R.BORKAR, J] 1/1
