This matter is moved for speaking to minutes of order dated 25/03/2019 passed in the above Writ Petition. 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the operative part of the order dated 25/03/2019, following sentence remained to be added.

"The impugned order passed by the Industrial Court is quashed and set aside".

There is obviously a typographical mistake. Clause (i) of the operative part of the said order would now read as under :

"The impugned order passed by the Industrial Court is quashed and set aside. The application Exhibit U-2 is remitted back to the Industrial Court for fresh hearing on its own merits."
