The learned counsel for the applicant submits that by mistake the payment of Bhatta Charges was not paid within stipulated time in Civil Application no. 1525 of 2014. She submits that applicant undertakes to pay Bhatta Charges within two weeks from today. The statement is accepted.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and averments in Civil Application , I am satisfied that applicant has made out the case for allowing Civil Application. Sneha Chavan 1/2

a) Civil Application no. 1525 of 2014 is restored on file.

b) Two weeks time is granted from today to pay Bhatta Charges as per order dated 26.02.2015.

c) If Bhatta charges are paid within stipulated time as stated herein above, office is directed to issue notice to the respondents, returnable after 12 weeks.

d) Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
