2] The limited relief claimed in the Petition is for a direction to the Respondent No.3 for considering the representation of the Petitioner for condonation of break in service. The Petition is therefore disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No.3 to decide the representation of the Petitioner dated 14th February 2018 in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from today. 3] Needless to state that all other contentions raised in the Petition are kept open.
