In the email, it is stated that the matrimonial dispute has been amicably settled and therefore, petitioner has not deposited the amount, as directed by this Court. Mr. Nikte is instructed to withdraw the Petition.

Mr. Deo, on instructions, submits that the matrimonial dispute is not settled.

Be that as it may, on the motion made by Mr. Nikte, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as withdrawn.
