This is an application seeking directions to the Registry of the Small Causes Court, Mumbai to accept payment of rent from the Applicant / original Appellant.

It is stated that, there is an arrears of rent from June 2020 to September 2021 to be deposited in the Registry of the Small Causes Court, Mumbai as the same could not be deposited due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, the applicant is permitted to deposit the said arrears of rent in the Registry of the Small Causes Court, Mumbai, within a period of 3 weeks from today.

Applicant is directed to hereinafter deposit the rent regularly in the Registry of the Small Causes Court, Mumbai. 3.
