This is an application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. The applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.165 of 2015 registered at Kondhwa Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 306 of the Indian Penal Code. The case was registered as Sessions case No.622 of 2015.

The learned APP fairly submits that by a judgment and order dated 26.7.2016, the applicant herein has been acquitted of all the charges levelled against him. Hence, the prayer in the present application has become infructuous. The application stands dismissed. (SMT.SADHANA S.JADHAV, J.)
