Without delineating anything on merits, learned Trial Court is directed by this Court to decide Regular Civil Suit No.308 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of eight months from today.

Parties are directed to co-operate with the learned Trial Court. Trial Court is directed not to give adjournments to the parties and to give adjournments to the parties only if they are utmost necessary due to any emergency or exigency.

Learned Trial Court shall not be influenced by any of the
