The learned counsel for the applicants makes a solemn statement that as there was no ad-interim protection in favour of applicant Nos.1 and 2, they were already arrested and released on regular bail.

Rest of the accused are concerned, pursuant to the adinterim protection, the applicants are to appear before the Investigating Officer as the investigation is at an advanced stage. It N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

15-aba-560-2016 is also stated by the Investigating Officer through learned APP that custodial interrogation of applicant Nos.3 to 6 is not warranted. In view of the nature of the allegation and as they are already cooperating with the investigation. In view thereof, in the event of arrest applicant Nos.3 to 6 be released on P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount. 3.

The applicants shall attend police station as and when called for.

The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence or witnesses in any manner whatsoever.
