Learned counsel appearing for the applicants states that in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties to the second 1/2

p1-cas775-16 appeal, including the proposed respondent no.5, the applicants are not pressing for impleadment of the other opponents described in this civil application. The statement is accepted. It is ordered accordingly.
