Learned Counsel for the Petitioner was not in a position to dislodge the suggestion of the learned Counsel for the Respondents that this Petition is filed at premature stage challenging a Notification dated 13 th April, 2011 which is only a preliminary Notification indicating declaration of an intention to acquire the lands. In that view of the matter, this Petition is not entertained. However, if there is any further developments after filing of the Petition which the Petitioners wish to challenge, this order would not debar such proceedings. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
