This is an application for intervention by the original complainant Smt. Madhu Champalal Vaishnav in C. R. No.I-8 of 2017 dated 07.01.2017 registered with Vartak Nagar Police Station, Thane. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of paragrpah No.22 of the application. 3.

The applicants in ABA No. 121 of 2017 are hereby directed to implead the original complainant as respondent No.2. The said amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and amended copy of the application be served on the learned counsel for the complainant/respondent No.2 within the same period. 4.
