Investigation is completed and charge-sheet is filed during the pendency of this application. Hence, the learned counsel for the Applicants seeks liberty to withdraw the Bail Application No. 743 of 2018 with further liberty to approach the Sessions Court in the changed circumstances. 2.
Liberty as prayed is granted in the interest of justice. The learned Sessions Court shall hear the application on its own merits and disposed of the same.
