The Respondent-Corporation shall decide the Application of the Petitioner dated 26th November, 2014 in accordance with law upon the Petitioner making necessary compliances, within a period of four weeks from today. The Respondent-Corporation shall while deciding the Application consider the order dated 12th September, 2014 in Writ Petition (L) No. 2043 of 2014 (Tower and Infrastructure Providers Association and Anr. vs. State of Maharashtra & Anr.) as also the guidelines issued by the Department of Telecom (DoT). If the Application is already filed, the same shall stand revived. Trupti 1/2

In view of the above, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition. The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and to stand disposed of.
