This is an application for condonation of delay of 107 days in preferring the criminal revision application. The Applicants had challenged the order dated 26th April, 2016 passed by the Family Court at Bandra in petition preferred by the Applicants for maintenance. 2.

Applicant No.1 has stated that she was in poor health and was unable to meet her advocate to give appropriate instructions for filing the revision application.

The Respondents have tendered a reply opposing the application for condonation of delay.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay is required to be condoned. Hence, I pass the following order:

Tikam APPR 188 of 2017 Order (i) Criminal Application No. 188 of 2017 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a);
