This is second application for anticipatory bail. The previous application was disposed of vide order dated 11th December 2020 passed by co-ordinate Bench. The said order indicate that application was argued and the Court was not inclined to grant relief. Hence learned counsel representing applicant had prayed for unconditional withdrawal of application. The application was allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally. There is no change in circumstance.
