It is an admitted position that the Petitioner was granted permission on 14 March 2022 to conduct Gangour Mahotsav for two days i.e. on 3 and 4 April 2022 at the Shree Balaji Play Ground. By the impugned order dated 29 March 2022, however, the permission has been cancelled at the eleventh hour without hearing the Petitioner. In the circumstances, we set aside the impugned order dated 29 March 2022 of the Respondent-Corporation. We however record the statement of learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has no 1/2

k 2/2 501 wp 3888.22 as.doc objection to Rajasthan Jan Jagaran Seva Sanstha conducting the Mahotsav on the Sitaram Chowdhary Play Ground and if such permission is granted by the Respondent-Corporation to the said Rajasthan Jan Jagaran Seva Sanstha.

We are informed by learned Counsel for the Respondent-Corporation that the said Rajasthan Jan Jagaran Seva Sanstha has also been granted permission to conduct the Mahotsav on the ground at Oswal Garden on 3 April 2022.
