The Applicants, who are the Original Claimants have filed this Application for withdrawal of compensation deposited by the Appellant Insurance Company as per the Judgment and Award of the Claims Tribunal.

Having considered the reasons stated in the application, the Applicant No.1-widow is permitted to withdraw compensation of Rs.5,00,000/- , Applicant no.3 is permitted to withdraw compensation of Rs.2,00,000/-, along with proportionate interest accrued thereon, and the balance amount from 50% of the compensation be kept in Fixed Deposit with any Nationalized Bank in the name of the Applicant No.2, who is a minor, until further orders.

Balance 50% of the compensation shall also stand invested until further orders.
