P.C.:- The Applicant herein is convicted for offence punishable under section 279 of the Indian Penal Code. The Revision Application filed by the Applicant was dismissed for non prosecution on 28.9.2015. The averments in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the application reveals that the counsel representing the Applicant had stopped attending the matters after her marriage and that the Applicant was not informed about the next date of the hearing. The Applicant is illiterate and is coming from a remote village of Solapur District. Megha 1/2

Considering the above facts and circumstances, which in my considered view constitute sufficient grounds, the application is allowed. The delay in filing revision application is condoned. 3.

The application stands disposed of.
