The above Civil Application has been filed for bringing the heirs of the Appellant No.2 on record and for condonation of delay of 227 days in filing the application. The reasons for the delay are mentioned in the Civil Application. The Appellant No.1 is already prosecuting the above Appeal. Since there are more than one Appellant, in my view, it would be just and proper to allow the above Civil Application No.2140 of 2005. The same is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
