The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of First Appeal St.No.26160 of 2015 and the Civil Application No.3472 of 2014, as well as the Civil Application No.3471 of 2014 filed by the Applicant for condonation of delay . The said First Appeal and the Civil Applications came to be rejected by the order dated 8-4-2015 though appearance was filed on behalf of the Respondent Nos.1 to 4. In view thereof the above Civil Application is allowed, resultantly the First Appeal St. No.26160 of 2015 and the Civil Application Nos.3471 of 2014 and 3472 of 2014 are restored to file.
