On hearing the learned counsel for the Petitioner, we are inclined to dispose of the present writ petition by consent on the following terms:

ORDER

(a) The Petitioner is not pressing all prayers. However, it is submitted that the Petitioner would make an application for grant of registration with the Board within 10 (ten) days. (b) The Board shall scrutinise the same and take appropriate decision in accordance with law, expeditiously. (c) It is expected that the Board-Respondent No.1 will take all effective steps and necessary measures to ensure that there are scrupulous compliances of the provisions of the Act, Scheme and the Rules framed thereunder, by the Respondent No.2. (d) Respondent No.2 has no objection for allowing this Application in the above terms.

The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
