This direction has been issued by this Court on 20th December, 2021 in Writ Petition bearing No. 6444 of 2021 (Nisha Prashant Pawar vs. State of Maharashtra and Others), which was the case 3led by this Petitioner. Inspite of the direction, we 3nd that Respondent No. 2 has not allotted Shalarth ID to the Petitioner and the result is that the salary and arrears of salary had remained unpaid to the Petitioner.

We, therefore, allow the Petition and direct the Respondent No. 4 to allot Shalarth ID to the Petitioner within within one week from the date of receipt of the copy of this Court. We further direct to Respondent No.5 to take necessary steps for release of salary together with admissible arrears of salary to the Petitioner and ensure that the same shall release to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of including the name of Petitioner in Shalarth system.
