After the proceedings were heard for some time in the morning session, learned Counsel for the parties have tendered consent minutes of the order in terms of which the parties would urge that the present proceedings be disposed of.

The consent minutes of the order are filed on appropriate instructions from the respective parties and signed by the learned Advocate for the appellants and learned Advocate for the respondents as also signed by their respective clients who are identified by the respective Advocates. It is informed by Mr.Sabrad, learned Counsel for the appellants that Mr.Anil Suresh Desle is present in the Court. 3.
The appeals are accordingly disposed of in terms of the consent minutes of the order. The undertakings as set out in the consent minutes of the order stand accepted.

Disposed of. No costs.

As the appeals stand disposed of, pending Interim Applications do not survive, the same are disposed of.

As the consent minutes of the order are in consonance with the conveyance deed dated 22 May 2014 and recognizes the rights of the tenants in terms of what has been agreed in the conveyance, the MHADA shall issue appropriate certificate in favour of the tenants, within four weeks from today.
