Copy of the order is taken on record. First appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. In view of dismissal of the appeal, civil application does not survive and is disposed of. No order as to costs. Amount of mandatory deposit made by the applicant before this Court shall be transferred to the MACT, Mumbai in M.A.C.P. No.2607 of 2010 expeditiously.
