Heard. By consent of the parties, following order is passed in this petition.

The impugned order passed by the learned Sessions Judge in Criminal Revision Application No.946 of 2014, dated 03.03.2015 is set aside. The order passed by the learned Magistrate, putting the case for recording verification statement shall remain undisturbed.

Applicant, the proposed accused, shall remain away from the learned Magistrate's Court until they are called upon to answer the charge.
