This review petition is filed for recalling of the order dated 11th February, 2019 passed by this Bench in Civil Application No. 443 of 2014 filed in Family Court Appeal No. 162 of 2010. The said civil application was for interim maintenance during pendency of the appeal. Vide order dated 11th February, 2019, we had disposed of the civil applications and listed the appeals for final hearing in the week commencing from 4th March, 2019. The 1 / 2

2 - RPM. 6-19 civil applications were disposed of mainly because appeals were to be listed for final hearing in the week commencing from 4th March, 2019. However, since then the appeals have not reached for final hearing. Therefore, it is just and reasonable that the Petition gets opportunity to pursue the remedy which was sought for in Civil Application No. 443 of 2014. We, therefore, recall our order dated 11th February, 2019 to that extent and restore Civil Application No. 443 of 2014 to its original file.

The review petition is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
