Shri Niranjan Mundargi, learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the father of the Applicant is critical and he is on life support. He seeks temporary bail for 15 days.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the life support is likely to be withdrawn today itself, and in the event of demise of the father, there is no other member to perform the funeral and other rituals/rites. Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant and his family members reside at Vikhroli, Mumbai and his father will be shifted to Vikhroli. He further states that the Applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of Mumbai, during his release on temporary bail. Learned Counsel for the Applicant further states the brother-in-law of the Applicant, Mr. Sandip Dhonde is present before the Court , and he

In the light of the said statement, the Applicant is ordered to be released on temporary bail for 15 (fifteen ) days on the following terms and conditions:- (i) The Applicant in Crime No.190 of 2021 with Turbhe MIDC Police Station, be released on temporary bail for 15 days on executing cash bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- ( Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) before the Turbhe MIDC Police Station;

(ii) The Applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of Sessions Court, Mumbai, during this period;

(iii) The Applicant shall report to Turbhe Police Station, every alternate day, between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. during his release on temporary bail;

(iv) The Applicant shall surrender before the Superintendent of Taloja Central Prison, on 16.04.2022 by 12 noon; (v) The temporary bail shall stand canceled for breach of any of the above conditions, without further reference to the Court; .
