This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an appeal against conviction. The applicant is convicted under Sections 376, 376(D) read with 107, 506(II) of Indian Penal Code and under Section 11(i) punishable under Section 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 by the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune There is a delay of two days.
