The petition was dismissed for want of prosecution because of the absence of the petitioner's advocate. The result is that the ad-interim order also stood vacated. Now, an application for restoration has been filed. The petitioner's advocate is present and apologizes for the absence so also for not being able to comply with the order passed by this court earlier. It was stated that the order was not properly understood by the advocate and for which, the petitioner should not suffer. 912-APPW.149.2017.doc proceed to allow the application. It is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The writ petition is restored to file and it shall appear on board on 28th June, 2017.
