The Petition is infructuous. There is no dispute that the Petitioner has received a caste validity certificate and has submitted it to the 3rd Respondent college.

In the Petition, the Petitioner desired an order quashing and ASHWINI HULGOJI GAJAKOSH Date: 2023.01.17 14:52:18 +0530 setting aside various letters demanding that the Petitioner should obtain a Caste Validity Certificate. This has now been done. The primary purpose of Petition is satisfied. The larger challenge in prayer clause (a) will not survive.
