P.C. :- The lands of the Petitioner seems to have been acquired for Chandoli Sanctuary Project. The grievance is that inspite of retaining 65% of the compensation amount for the purpose of allotting alternate land till date inspite of repeated requests and representations they have not allotted and handed over alternate land. The material placed on record would indicate that the Petitioner has deposited 65% of the compensation amount as well.

We direct the Respondent - authorities to consider the Writ Petition as representation of the Petitioner and do the needful according to the procedure contemplated, within eight weeks from today.
