By this petition, the petitioner has sought direction to the Joint Commissioner of Police or Additional Commissioner of Police to carry out investigation in M.E.C.R. No.4 of 2013. 2.
Mr. Yagnik, learned APP having taken instructions from the officer, who is present before the Court, makes a statement that Uday S. Jagtap
1288-14-wp=.doc further investigation into the said C.R. is in progress. He has no objection if the investigation is supervised by the Joint Commission of Police, Crime.

In the above circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Joint Commissioner of Police, Crime to supervise the investigation into the M.E.C.R. No.4 of 2013. 4.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
