1) The present applications have been filed by the applicants in pursuance of the order dated 5.5.2016 passed by this Court in the group of contempt petitions.
2) By the present applications, the applicants have prayed that they may be allowed to serve the respondents no. 7 and 9 by way of substituted service in local newspaper i.e. "The Hindu" published from New Delhi and Secunderabad (State of Andhra Pradesh) respectively. As a matter of fact, the respondent no. 7 is being represented by Mr Milan Hebballi and the said fact is recorded in order dated 5.5.2016. Thus, only the respondent no.9 is remained to be served.
3) For the reasons stated in the application, the applicant is permitted to serve the respondent no. 9 by way of substituted service by publishing a notice in the local newspaper i.e. "The Hindu" in its edition published from Secunderabad (State of Andhra Pradesh). 4) All the applications are allowed in the aforesaid terms.
