Heard. Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith with the consent of the parties and the Petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.

We are of the view that the purpose of this Petition would stand served, atleast as of now, if Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are directed to decide the proposal send to Respondent No. 1 by Respondent No.4 seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner as Assistant Teacher. Accordingly, we direct Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to decide the proposal dated 13th August 2018 sent to them by Respondent No.4 in accordance with law, and preferably within four weeks from the date of the order.
