The limited grievance of the Petitioner is that in spite of closing the arguments on 26 February 2021, the RespondentScrutiny Committee has not passed a final order. 3.

The learned AGP states that he has received instructions that the Chairman of the Committee which heard the Petitioner has retired on 31 May 2021, and he seeks three months' time for the Committee to pass a final order in the Petitioner's case. Considering the circumstances, the request made is reasonable. Accepting the statement made by the learned AGP on instructions, we dispose of the petition.
